Town open (updating topic)

Evening all,

My town is now open if anyone is feeling generous.
I've picked most of my Peach trees but I have 6 loose Peaches to trade. Willing to trade each one for any foreign fruit (except Cherries or Pears, as I have some planted).

Also if anyone has a spare Rod, I would appreciate that.

Other than that, not much to offer I'm afraid, other than a cool looking town (and a spare Balloon Sofa, if anyone needs it)
