Town Terrain

I was watching a video on glitches in the Gamecube Animal Crossing game and one glitch was where you end up in a BETA town. In this BETA Village there is odd terrain that are small hills and I was wondering, what if we get Hills such as these in the Nintendo Switch release.
Do you think we will get any features such as hills or other terrain edits in the game?

Maybe in the background, I do not think I would like walking over that all the time.

I could imagine that a small part of the town may have something like hills or other terrain edits,
but I don't think the whole town since it could be kinda difficult to work with those when it comes
to building up your town, placing PWPs and such.
