Trade IGB for TBT Bells?

Do people ever trade IGB on Pocket Camp to get TBT bells, and if so what's usually the going rate? I'm not a bellionaire or anything on PC but I'm trying to get TBT bells so I can buy my dreamies through these forums on ACNL (just started a new town) so I'm just wondering if that's a thing and if anyone is ever interested in doing that
I don't really know the value ratio of IGB of PC to TBT bells and if people ever really even go for that bc I just started back up on these forums after years of not playing ACNL. (Forgot what my old account on here even was so I had to make a new one unfortunately haha)
