Trouble sending TBT Bells

I tried sending someone TBT bells but kept getting an error...but couldn't even read what the error thing was.
I did everything that was in the guide on how to transfer them but yea, not sure what the problem was. Ended up not having to pay, but if I could, I would still like to send the person the bells.

Anyways, what browser are you using? What version of said browser, and have you tried to clear your cache?

I use Internet Explorer 9...just cleared the cache and same thing happened

edit: also log out and logged on using my kindle fire to try and send them...but same thing.

Yeah I can't send my tbt bells either >.<
It dosen't show an error but every time I click bells or the number next to bells it brings me to my transaction log

Alrighty, found it in a recent thread in this board.

Which browser are you using? I've had this same problem with IE, and it was solved by selecting Compatibility Mode for the site on IE versions 7 and +.

The problem was solved by this. Use Compatibility Mode for belltreeforums.com. You can learn how to use Compatibility Mode by going to the following link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2536204

Alternatively, switching to a different browser would also work.

Thank you! I just switched browsers (to google chrome) and was able to send the bells.
And sure you can use the screenshot if you want

Since my problem is resolved can a mod or someone close this, i don't see the close thread option
