I don't mind people coming more than once. It helps with the visitor count. The town is new. It gets me to more quickly unlock the upgrade options for the Train Station.

I can't add anyone on the Friend List, from the 3DS console, while actively hosting visitors. I will have to be clear of visitors, close the town's gate, and then add the names of forum members who want to come to Progress.
