I go in and out of the "Register Friend" screen. Sometimes that isn't necessary. I was still on the screen, with fully registered and Provisional friends, and "Becca" came through.
It's 10:45 p.m. ET. I will open in about 10 minutes.

Reminder: My town is new. I don't have Club LOL and Dr. Shrunk. So my Mayor Cameron will not be able to communicate with expressed emotions. So, it certainly won't be any slight from my end. : )
When you enter, just head east along the red path. It's a fast route from the Train Station.

UPDATE 02.15.2014 @ 11:05 p.m. ET: Numerous forum members, from earlier in the day, were added by me but are still Provisional. The ones who just came in as fully registered are noted. And forum members who visited before today are already established.
No order of who gets to come when. I am the type to not rush anyone. If someone new wants in on this, there will likely be a wait until there is a moment in which I don't have any visitors and can add a new Friend.
