Just found out the hairstyle I really like is the bedhead, which means the only way I'll get it is by time travelling.. which will force progression. Ugghhhh. This stinks. I'm gonna have to wait for so long before I can get it!!

I thought you could buy the bedhead with nook miles and it's included with the cool hairstyle pack? Unless I'm thinking of a different hairstyle.
Nope. This one's separate from those two. You unlock it after getting it.

Yeah, this is the bedhead hair that I want. I'll have to wait until I unlock everything first, which should be another week at most.
You know how to get bedhead hair, you get it after I think 15? days of no play-time, then playing again. For New Horizons, you'll wake up and fix your hair but this hairstyle will become available in the mirror for use at any point.

I got this hairstyle earlier. What I did was go back in time 30 days, load in and save, then go forward 30 days to the date you were at without wearing a hat. I got the hair (and some cockroaches!)
It didn't do anything to my game, at least nothing I noticed. I had to go forward a day after that to start progressing again.
