Unable to Attain Data?

So this morning I checked in and it worked perfectly fine, I got my daily bonus, picked my flowers, talked to the folks at my camp.

But then I exited out, and tried playing again not 20 minutes later and got an error code saying that it was Unable to Attain Data and to try again. So I waited some time, tried again, same error. Waited a few hours, same error, tried just now, same error. =[

I was wondering if anybody else ran into this problem and if they know a fix!

I've been getting that for the past few days too. Not sure if it's the new villager update or my new phone. It keeps bringing up the same error with that annoying 'wuwuwuuu' sound. I just keep hitting try again until it finally lets me tap on the title screen and enter the game. It usually takes me somewhere between 5 - 15 attempts.

Sometimes switching between Wifi and mobile data will magically make it work and load up the title screen with little fuss. Although it doesn't work all the time so I don't think it really helps. >_>

I'd like to know if there's a fix too, however I've still been able to play just through sheer persistence. It just takes up a minute or two of my play time.

Mine was consistent, I've had it happen where it would go away the next time I tried, but this time it wouldn't stop, so I had to go to the menu on the home screen and fix my data. =[ But it's working now!

Mine doesn't appear to be getting fixed anytime soon. I'm not sure how long I can put up with it ._.
