Us anyone else missing the seasonal items tab?

Help! I am missing the seasonal items tab in the Special Goods section of the Nook Shopping App. Has anyone else had this issue or can anyone tell me who I need to contact to get it fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Mines is still there on the shopping app I even TT a week and it didn't mess up.
I guess contact Nintendo I would believe.

Since Obon ended on Aug 16th, I don’t believe there are any current seasonal goods available until the next holiday on Sept 1 (Grape Harvest Festival). The tab is only available during the duration of the holidays— it doesn’t appear, otherwise.

When events are time-locked, I think it's only for the current year and onward. Have you tried time traveling to the previous year's holiday to see if the seasonal items appear then? So, if it's not showing up in 2021, see if it appears on the same date in 2020.

I believe the seasonal tab is only available when there are actually seasonal items available to purchase. According to this information on Nookipedia, the seasonal items for August are now done, they ended on the 16th. The next time the seasonal tab will appear is September 1st. It's not supposed to be there all year round.

im having this same issue i reset and havent gotten to kk yet are there just no seasonal items rn or is it milestone unlocked?
