I agree, city folk AT LEAST deserved an 8/10Sugar J said:this game at least deserves an 8, nothing lower. They improved upon some things especially quick-swap tools! I feel the need to interact witht he villager more, grr they should've added more to that I believe.

it's pretty much just the same music from wild world. not reorchestrated or anything, just the exact same.coffeebean! said:Hmmmm sounds good. Can't wait to get it. Is the music that bad? :smilecry:
You are aware that makes no sense right? The wild world music fits with this game than WW. what the fudge bunny........ :smileeyebrow:Koehler said:I think the Wild World music fits in better with this game than WW.

Ah, good to know then.Koehler said:I think the music seems to blend with the game better in City Folk than in Wild World.coffeebean! said:You are aware that makes no sense right? The city folk town is almost double the size of the wild world town...pinecone2654 said:I want the old GC tracks back, they were the best.
Also, dumming down the villagers ENEV MORE on a MORE POWERFUL system is absolutely unforgivable. For these two reasons alone, and that they didn't give us anything cool like a bigger town, more geographical features or the like, I can see why IGN would lowered this to a 7.5... I might have even gone lower, but I'll still get this game anyway.
have I rambled long enough?
one more thing of the utmost importance; soup
Ha, I play the old one all the time. I have to wait till christmas for AC:CF, and screw WW, wild world is somewhere in my closet. lolzGrawr said:I agree with that soup-addict, pinecone2654.
It was remotely dissapointing, and I don't really know who Nintendo thinks they're fooling.
So many things were messed with, that shouldn't have been messed with.
The townsfolk have less of a brain then they ever did, there was no original music besides the 2 City Songs...
...and the bell-rocks don't even turn red anymore. ) =
But, it isn't un-playable. I'm still playing it pretty often. With the magic of the "mute" button, and the power of the Animal Crossing GC soundtrack on iTunes...maybe we can make this work.
You know what the funny thing is, though? The more I play this game, the more I want to play the old one...
