Back when I was more active in 2012, I purchased a User title color change (Seen in my items). It didn't work then, and it doesn't work now, and I feel ripped off. Why isn't it working? Do I need to turn it on or something?

If you go into your inventory, through the shop it'll have a configure button beside the add on. :)

ive had the same issue with my user title color change but mine doesnt have a configure thing next to it?

Why can I configure a CAKE but I can't configure my user title?! How am I supposed to configure a cake???

Maybe you can put frosting on it?

Anyway, I think it's a one time thing. So I believe you already tried to configure it and picked a color the site doesn't recognize or picked black by mistake and is now used up.

...I think.

Try asking Jeremy or Justin about it as I think they're the only ones who can refund you and maybe give you a do-over

I was thinking the same, do I just PM one of them?

You have to buy another one.

When your usertitle had the HTML code in it for the color change it was broken. I'm not really sure what breaks them though.

I think I remember seeing that you used "Royal Blue" as the color. I'll test it really quick and see if that works. Normally I just use the hex number for what color I want.

So "Royal Blue" doesn't show up in the system as a color. But I did find something interesting.

Guessing the spacing is what screwed it up. It needs to be all one word, but really you'd be better off using a hex code.

The system recognizes those and you can get exactly the right color you want if there isn't a name for it.
