User Title Color Change

I have this in my collectible, but I cannot figure out how to use it. In fact, it was working till recently (it was blue), and then reverted to black. Not sure what I did. Can admin help?

You probably have the "active" box unchecked. Try to see if anything about the settings looks a little off, and if you are not sure, take a screen shot and post a picture here so we can all check it out to see what went wrong.

Ok, clicked and unclicked some stuff and saved and it came back. I'm guessing it's also a one time use type of thing? (And not blue, but purple doh)
