In addition to my recent post of the Fire Emblem Awakening logo, I've found a whole bunch of Doctor Who QR codes. I found these on reddit's /r/ACQR community. These were made by a user called 'rotom479' back in late June.

Notes about War Doctor and The Valeyard:
-War Doctor is the version of The Doctor portrayed by John Hurt in "The Name Of The Doctor" and "The Day Of The Doctor". These QR codes were made in late June, so it wasn't known which form of The Doctor this was, so the coat is called "?th Doctor" by the user who created these QRs.
-The Valeyard is/was a possible-future "evil" Twelth Doctor who's the primary villain in the series of Sixth Doctor serials commonly billed as "The Trial of a Time Lord".
The second imgur gallery also contains some QRs for companions from both the current (2005-present) series and the 1963-1989 series.
