Looks a lot better, but the gradient is really unrealistic and washes out the image. You should use linear gradients with a smooth transition and less of a colour range. With the random white streaks it's really distracting.

I like the overall drawing though. If you just look up some vector art tutorials on YouTube and practise with the gradients, you could be really good.

I would like that one if the two seperate skin colors blending in together more..
And maybe if the background and the shirt weren't the same color.

needs a lot more work and time. this looks just like a base. also be more carful cuz your lines are sloppy. kiu tho good start

Try and add more detail. Don't use lines so much, shape the face with color.
