It's OK, Version 2 is definitely better than Version 1 but I think the colours you've used for parts look a little odd, his face looks a bit too dark compared to other parts of him and I don't really like the way you did the creases in the pants. I do like the creases on the T-Shirt and the Cap looks great! Good work for a first, keep at it!
