Guys should I ban ACNLover from the giveaway? I hate to be mean but she's been banned to many times and I don't like the way she kept posting entry and kinda being rude. if she/he's not banned when you're choosing, then i'd allow her/him. it's only fair. though if she/he is banned, then don't allow her/him

Yeah... Il keep her in for now because I'm not going to be evil. But if she is still banned at the time then no. I did say I wouldn't disqualify people for posting entry.

I'm on the fence about it. their entries were valid but at the same time they were spamming way too much rather than joining in a chat or posting anything relevant.

I don't know about banning them from the contest, because you did say you wouldn't disqualify for posting "entry"...but definitely if they are still banned when you draw the winner then definitely don't count their entries.

I don't know the person and have no feelings for or against them. That said, if they have been banned numerous times, it's probably an indication that they are not long for this forum. Heck, their current ban might be permanent for all we know? I'd personally disqualify because if they aren't already perma banned, they may end up so in the future, in which case the collectibles go to waste.
