isn't it great. how to even explain.. hm :D
it's a song from Hamilton on broadway. since it's mostly sold out and hard to get tickets till late next year, they do a lottery every day to give away a few tickets much cheaper than usual, so atleast some still have a chance to see the show. since lots of people are coming there to try winning tickets and most won't, they started putting on little performances like this, to give these people atleast some sort of experience and joy while waiting for supporting the show and showing interest etc or so..sometimes they invite other broadway shows and performers to perform, sometimes castmembers perform stuff.. like here. they call it ham 4 ham ^^
the song is usually sung by 3 girls (the schuyler sisters) and the girl singing the boy part plays one of them in the show.. the 3 guys doing the sister parts have past&present played the role of king george, so they switched the genders (which seems obvious ^^ thats why its called the schuyler georges) and its just super fun and on point .. idk i love it so.. ^^
