villager behavior questions re specific villagers

Hi! I am looking into subtypes of villagers but the lists I have found online do not always match the behaviors I have seen on some of the villagers. In other words, the online lists I see appear to be inaccurate for at least some villagers. For those of you who have the following villagers, will you please tell me whether they fit subtype A or B more? I will list each villager and the subtype behaviors below:

Apollo, Cranky, Eagle: A. Reminiscing old days; or, B. Gives 'old man' wisdom and advice.
Dobie, Cranky, Wolf: A. Reminiscing old days; or, B. Gives 'old man' wisdom and advice.
Barold, Lazy, Bear Cub: A. Talks about wanting to be super hero and food; or, B. Trying to be mature and questions things.
Drago, Lazy, Dragon: A. Talks about wanting to be super hero and food; or, B. Trying to be mature and questions things.
Tiffany, Snooty, Rabbit: A. Interior design and self improvement; or, B. Working out and shopping.
Greta, Snooty, Mouse: A. Interior design and self improvement; or, B. Working out and shopping.

Do you mean the habbits? Like Play, Nature, so fourth? Those relate to their behaviors, and how they react.

There are apparently subtypes within each personality type. For example, all lazy villagers talk about food and bugs, but once you get to know them better, one subtype will talk more about wanting to be a superhero and the other will have more conversations about trying to figure things out. It can be helpful to know subtypes if you want 2 or more of one personality type -- that way, it makes the dialogue a little less duplicative and helps the villagers feel more different from each other.

If you google it, you'll see sources specifying which villagers are which subtypes, but I have seen several identified as a particular subtype that does not match my experience with that villager. This of course, makes me question all of the other listings, so I would rather ask folks here about their experience with the several villagers I am most interested in. This will give me a truer idea rather than just random internet sources, which are probably just quoting each other without fact-checking anyway.

If you have played with any of the villagers I've mentioned above, did you find that their dialogue leaned a certain way? For example, if you had Apollo, did he talk more about the good ole days, or did he tend to give old-man type advice more?

I had Apollo at one point, but I currently do not. When I did, he was more “old man giving advice.”

Sorry if this is kind of off-topic since you were talking about dialog and behavior but I just wanted to make an inquiry about personality subtypes...
I thought the Animalese (Pitch, tone, etc..) of the subtypes was different, I even heard some of my subtypes speaking Animalese differently
Jeremiah is Lazy subtype B and he has a high-pitched squeaky voice similar sounding to that of a young boy.
Drago is Lazy subtype A and his voice sounds different from Jeremiah's, it's hard for me to explain but Drago's voice sounds more chill and stuff and less squeaky and childish then Jeremiah's.
Wolfgang is a Cranky subtype B and I had Cyd and Cyd is a Cranky subtype A and Wolfgang's voice sounds even deeper and more masculine then Cyd's.
But the Normals though.. I have had: Sydney, Lolly, Lily, Merengue, June, Melba, Gayle, Gala and Jambette and they all sound EXACTLY the same, I listened SUPER closely but I can't hear any different in their voice at all.

It doesn't really matter Villagers still repeat each other no matter what personality you get. I know this is beating a dead horse at this point, but I haven't found any differently between the villagers who talk differently. Like I had 7 normal villagers and all them were basically the same. Do yourself a favor and never get villagers of the same personality.

That's interesting about the voice differences. My daughter mentioned thinking that some of the villagers had different voices than their usual types but I don't remember who. I didn't really think about it at the time, but now I wonder. You could be right. It would make sense. I wonder if the voices are different for subtypes or just for certain characters like Drago that have very different looks.
