Please respect the cyclers giving out dream villagers - especially valuable ones - for free, Mikamee. Hazumi has had a history of raffling popular villagers, but even so, since she's not charging, she has all the right to determine how to give them away. It gets even more awkward when she does it to make it fairer for everyone involved and someone tries to undermine that. :\
