Its sure hard to get people to get their prizes!
None of the winners from my flowers raffle have let me deliver them yet, and it ended last night at 8pm EST. I gave a 24 hour leeway from that time because of different time zones, but I still think some of them might end up forfeiting. They keep posting and disappearing.

If I do a raffle again, the winners are going to have to be online and accept their prize right when the raffle ends, or it will go to someone else.
