Crap, I may have accidentally TTed my Julian out One of my villagers told me he was thinking of leaving and when I went to talk to him he wouldn't mention it. Am I too late to keep him?

You can go day by day back or change the hour maybe and see if he'll "!" when you're outside in the village. I think they mention 4 days before leaving and then 2 days before leaving. Then after that they will pack.
