it's not his fault. you have to talk to them a few times, no one told me pietro was moving and then he did :T

and it might depend on their personalities, but I doubt it.

If you want to be safe, you should talk to all villagers, not just one.

For the record, I'm pretty sure Marshal asked me to deliver things to Olivia 5 times, so he has to talk to her.

If you want to be safe, you should talk to all villagers, not just one.

I would do that probably every 3 days or so, because I don't wanna talk to every villager that many times if no ones moving.
