I used to love Phoebe's house in NL, but the one in NH is just...alarming haha.
I quite like Tiffany's house in NH. Not cos I would live in it, but I think it really suits her. It's like she's working in a pool hall.
I also loved Graham's nerdy house, with his waifu pics above his door haha.

I love Lucky’s graveyard. A lot of people were upset that it changed from Egyptian theme of the previous games but the graveyard suits my aesthetic much better.
Nan's black interior also speaks to me. Note the picture of Chevre, who in turn has a picture of Nan in her house.

Cranston has one of the best interiors I've seen with the imperial set.
Celia, Julia, and Lily all use the White Rattan Furniture sets but I love how each of their houses give a different vibe.
Kidd has a nice interior as well but he is not that popular from what I can tell

I scanned Phoebe in with an amiibo card recently and love her house! Fuego!! She is the first one that came to mind when I read the thread title. You're right, though, Stikki, her NH house is nothing like her NL house. Sorry for no pic...don't have one.

Ursala has one of my favorite interiors and exteriors:
I mean, I'm biased because she's my favorite villager, but the inside and outside of her house looks so cute and comfy to me ☺
And then one I found the other day is O'Hare's. I'm normally not a big fan of the "outside inside" look some villagers have, but his is perfection:
And I love a lot of Kangaroo ones because they're often decorated to be comfy for kids as well- when I had Carrie I ADORED her house so much! I remember giving her a Rodeo ride-on (whatever it's called), and she placed it right beside her dressed, and it looked SO PERFECT!
Julia's house is also really nice and elegant. I like that she has a sleep/work area and a bath area:
Shep's is also just really nice and cozy. I especially liked it when he was on my island because I liked giving him different small things to decorate with, so much stuff went well in his house:
And Flora's house CRACKED ME UP when I first saw it:
I love it because Flamingo's are known for being super social. Like, if a vet has one that's recovering and/or needs to be isolated, they'll often put them in a room with mirrors because then they don't feel alone. So I love how Flora has her "flock" with her
Antonio also has a surprisingly nice, chill room you might now expect. I mean, it kind of looks like a teenage boy's room, but it's not too cluttered OR too neat. It looks lived in, but comfy:
ANd Bonbon, another favorite villager of mine, has a room that fits her perfectly:
And, of course, Tangy has another flawlessly fruity home:
Those are the ones I can think of RN... but I'm sure I'll think of a ton more now that I've posted

I gravitate towards the unconventional interiors like indoor exteriors. I think they're fun and imaginative. The 3D artist who built that interior put a lot thought into it. That's not an easy thing to do!
Clay
It builds a really nice origin story for him, hence his name. It's also bit ritualistic with a bit of symmetry going on. The dirt walls and floor are fascinating. Maybe I'll be the next one to buried in his walls.
Then there's the fall-esque interiors that I like a lot. They are vibrant and immersive. Also similar to what Serabee said above, I enjoy the kangaroos interiors because I find them always so sweet how they incorporate toys/children corners for their joeys.

I just like the visuals of tigers in his home and I remember someone said how they swore that the papier-mâché tiger moved in different spots. I could never forget that because it made me laugh so Rowan's house will be bright in my memory, lol.
