Villagers having more clothing options not shown in the trailer

As we saw in the Animal Crossing New Horizons trailer there have been changes to the way animals dress
most notably the way sheep dress in the trailer.

What I would like to see are villagers that can use pants and not just the player character because it would just make more sense because special characters like Tom Nook use it so why can't the other villagers.

We have already seen in animal crossing pocket camp how animals can use accessories like hats so it would be nice to see them wearing things like hats or even glasses.

Another thing that I have noticed is that most villagers don't seem to use footwear besides the player and it would actually make sense for atleast some of them to use things like socks and shoes not just the player character.

Also I wouldn't mind villagers dressing up depending on the season for example during summer it would make sense for them to wear things like sandals and during winter they could use winter boots instead of walking barefoot in the snow besides why would you even do that.

During certain events they could also change things like this to make it more realistic instead of everyone dressing up without essential things like pants or footwear which would be quite wtf in real life unless you live in Japan and you have events like Hina matsuri also known as naked festival.

What do you think about this and what are your opinions on this and how would you like things to be implemented in the next game?

I'd like to see villager inventories! When you give them stuff, it'd be added there! They'd also alternate between any clothing items they have, including hats!

I would love it if villagers could wear the same as the player. Not just a shirt or a scarf, but also dresses,
hats, glasses etc. I find it already cool that they have sleeves and it also looks like sheep villagers wearing
now a shirt instead of the iconic scarf.

Yep, they can, but I also hope that they are able to do this in a main game too, since Pocket Camp is a
Spin-Off and in previous AC games villagers never used any accessories (except those villagers where
accessories are part of their design, like O'hare's hat for example).

I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that the characters will wear seasonal clothes. Maybe they were just saying that because in the trailer, it shows that during the summer the animals are wearing summery shirts and in the winter they were wearing sweaters.

it will be awesome if we can give advice about clothes to villager (like mini coffee game with Brewster), I will gladly work with able sister and convince a villager to change his clothe according the season/weather.
