I like places I can go to escape the requests once in a while, and just relax.

I love doing the daily scallop dives to get pirate furnature from Pascal. The jellyfish are annoying, so having villagers in the way would be (for me) as well.

If there was a certain sectioned off area it would be ok.

I think, since you're in control of the island, you could setup no swimming signs or no entry signs that would actually work and stop them from doing so! But to progress, I could see them adding boats to fish also - again, a no fishing sign that is in place except for tourneys could be placed to stop this (o?罒`o)ﾆﾋﾋ♡︎

But to progress, I could see them adding boats to fish also - again, a no fishing sign that is in place except for tourneys could be placed to stop this (o?罒`o)ﾆﾋﾋ♡︎

I've always wanted a boat.
Maybe we could use it to access certain sea creatures.

On that note, I hope diving underwater has been improved, where we can sea the marine life and coral. That would be wicked.

I love swimming in New Leaf and it would be really cool to see villagers swimming with you, but if swimming is back in New Horizons, I hope there is no jellyfish to get in the way. I can't tell you how many times I got stung by those things, especially looking for underwater creatures to add to my encyclopedia and to add to the museum. My favorite villager is Mitzi and I would love to swim with her and maybe play with her in the water. I can almost imagine it now. ^-^

Anything to improve swimming/diving. It's a very clunky mechanic.

Having villagers swim with you would be great. Also being able to see underwater with goggles or scuba gear or something.

If it's the same as in NL, that would be sad. Improve improve improve.

I'm sure whoever worked on diving was excited to improve it!

I?d actually love this lol. It?d be cute seeing the villagers swimming around. However if you were looking for a villager it could be annoying not only having to check the whole island but also having to search for them in the ocean as well.

That could be resolved by putting restrictions in place to stop them if you don't want them out of bounds (๑•̀ㅁ•́๑)✧︎
But it'd be cute nonetheless hehe ♡♡♡
