villagers talking to each other

i really miss the dialogue of WW and i feel like these conversations come the closest to the quality of the dialogue in the older games. i just wish they would do it more often! i feel like it almost never happens

I feel like it is mostly luck, some days i can't get anything done because my villagers are all talking to each other and I can't resist listening in, and somedays they seem to be more spread out/ not around. I have found that in and around the plaza seems to be the place where the villagers are all closest together, which increases the chances of them talking. My villagers all live fairly close together as well, around my plaza area, and I am not sure if that helps put them in closer contact.

Tabby and Cole have the cutest conversations, I love them ☺

I usually catch at least 1-2 conversations during my daily gameplay and they're usually so cute!

They happen pretty frequently on my island and they are really good! They are very diverse and nice to read, and I'm sure I haven't seen all the possible interactions yet.

Mine talk a lot. It seems to happen most frequently when I'm sitting on the bench by the airport/RS area waiting for someone to come over for a trade. I don't catch them talking as much if I'm running around doing stuff on the island.
