Okay, I lied. My last, last hint is that she isn't an obvious villager; as in she's not in a considerably high ranked tier and many people will over look her due to it. In short, don't go for the obvious candidates!

Adding updated villager guesses to the list!
PS: When I mean contrasting colors, I don't automatically refer to black&white/the ones on the color wheel. I meant the term very loosely, meaning the textbook definition. If you want to update your answer due to this, feel free! ((Not that i'm saying she isn't a black&white villager, I just wanted to clarify this in general.)) When I also say she has a contrasting color scheme, i'm not referring to her clothes to her skin but am soley referring to her overall skin/design in general. Small things go together in her palette but it's mostly contrasting. (Imo that is.)
Keep in mind she ain't in the higher tiers, she's often an overlooked villager that people forget about due to this.
