I'm still working on your requests of course, but i'd just like to say that im thinking about opening a new thread now that i have a few examples of artwork? like the art would still be free but it'd be a lot more organised and people could see examples and also offer art trades (no matter how good they are!) in return for a specific art style? Not sure yet though.

Yeah I hope so, also like then I can offer collabs because they look like really fun learning practise. And I'd do stuff like, post empty sketches and lineart I've done for other people to use for colouring practise. I just think it'd be fun. Organisation isn't my strong point though, evidently

Thank you that is so sweet! I'm forever trying to find ways to make my messiness and sketchiness look professional and finished. I've come to the conclusion neat lineart just isn't my thing! I think if I bypass shading it comes out looking a lot more intentionally scruffy right?

I tried out a new pen for the outline. Kinda hating it. It's too neat and it makes my art look like it's meant to be neat but ended up messy. I hate that. Not very happy with this one honestly

that's uplifting, thanks, to be true im extremely unsatisfied with 99% of my art which is why i draw for other people instead. usually they're less harsh of a critic than myself! hehe

I doubt that, mostly everyone so far love your styles, it's different and pops out more(I stalk your thread from time to time just to see what you've done so far). I would request more but I don't want to hog, and I hope you boost your esteem with your art cause there's nothing wrong with it! ( •̀ω•́ )σ

went back to my old pen and just adjusted it a little. I like it ! My style's kinda' shaping itself but I do worry this picture's style looks a bit too much like a weird copy of...h mmm... does anyone know that tumblr artist who draws a lot of pastelly girls with big eyes and it's all really elegant and charmingly done? I forgot her name! she's super sweet and i think her girlfriend does art too. agh how have i forgotten her name
