Most digital artists use paint tool sai, it's very user friendly for beginners. ^_^ I use a mouse drawing my stuff and improved a lot when I started using Sai.

okay thanks beginners is defiantly what I need to start with :D do you know if they offer trial period ?

I use paint tool Sai and Photoshop. Photoshop is better if you want to put heavy effects of your art, and there are lots of brushes availible online for free. Sai is better if you like drawing traditionally, since it feels a little more natural depending on the brushes you use. It's also really easy to make your own brushes in sai if you'd like to experiment. If you are planning on drawing, I recomend getting some sort of tablet, however drawing with a mouse is possible (but difficult!) Good luck^^

Yes, and I've made these with Gimp: (Just to show you the results of the program, these aren't something spectacular)

i really recommend sai, it's what I'm using and if you've seen buuunii's art thats what she uses too (pretty sure)

I recommend Medibang Paint Pro! It's the newest version of FireAlpaca. It's free, and very easy to learn! It's what I use! Also, if you haven't gotten a tablet yet, think carefully about it! This is the one I use.
