if you have the slightest—yet noticeable—urge to restart your game, then i say do it. every single day you pass wishing you restarted is just prolonging your newfound fun in your new town. while your villagers do seem appealing, they may not mean as much as you thought they would because you still have the urge to restart, hence this thread. many people would love the giveaways you do, and you yourself would love exploring a new town just like day 1, so it's a win-win situation for both yourself and the community.
this is just my opinion though, because this is how i felt when i restarted.

tbh i would do a cycling thread, but i was really addicted in doing it so i pretty much lost a lot of time and effort cycling a lot. but since you are doing multiple giveaways as well, then a cycling thread is the way to go!

I've been thinking about restarting because I am slowly losing interest as well, I was going to try and make my town look really nice by laying down paths and doing hybrids but after visiting a few dream towns I don't like my town layout anymore. The only thing stopping me is my villagers, they're not my dreamies but I love them all and I have four villager pictures so far.
I might make a new town under a different file then see how that one turns out.

If anyone wants to restart, I think you should post it in the Resetting Thread. There's already too many of threads like these, and I check the Resetting Thread when there's a new post myself. Plenty of people can help you out there!

Do it, when i first started wanting to reset back when playing ACCF, i just thought of it as just a game, it's not going to affect my life in any way, it will give you lots to do
