Watched Totoro for the first time

It was so adorable! Oh my gosh, I even downloaded some Totoro dresses and stuff and am wearing them I’m the game right now. It is just so wholesome. I have HBO max so that’s how I watched it, any other suggestions for studio ghibli movies I could watch? I’ve see. Spirited away already so yeah

I have yet to see Totoro. I gotta make myself watch it eventually. The movies I did see and love though are : Howl's Moving Castle, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Spirited Away (but you already saw this one haha). I think the AC villager Kiki is supposed to be a reference to Gigi in Kiki's Delivery Service

I love studio ghibli movies I downloaded a Totoro hoodie design in NH that I LOVE. I’m searching for Kiki the cat because of Gigi from kikis delivery service!
My favourite movie is from Ghibli is Spirited away though

If you like sentimental films than The Tale of Princess Kaguya is a good one. A tale that most every Japanese will know, they still celebrate it during festivals

Another two unmentioned films to consider are Grave of the Fireflies, a heartfelt anime about war and loss, and Princess Mononoke, about the destructive ways of humanity and when nature strikes back.

You can’t go wrong with any of them really. Up on Poppy Hill is one I don’t see mentioned a lot. It’s not one of my top favorites, but I loved all the actors voice cameos in it.

A non Studio Ghibli movie you might enjoy is Your Name. I got to see it in the movie theater when it came out and it made the grown man sitting next to me cry.

I watched that movie for the first time awhile back but not too long ago! I recently watched it again with my oldest sister since we were having a ghibli movie marathon! It's such a cute movie and I wish Totoro was real. Also I realized that Totoro is the one that's always in that blue screen thing before a ghibli movie start. lol Ponyo, Grave of the Fireflies, Howl's moving Castle and When Marnie was there are some good ones!

I watched a lot of them as a kid. My cousin and I would pretend we we're witch's. We'd steal my aunts broom and take turns running around with it.

These movies never stop making me smile. Princess Mononoke is an amazing Ghibli movie you should watch if you haven't!
