Preparing and planning their lineup organization,
Jingle arrived with a joyful proclamation.
It's that time of year, and we all shall relive
The forum event where we all aim to give
A bundle of presents he wrapped to disguise,
The brand new collectibles hidden inside.
These gifts can only be given through end of December,
To your friends and fellow TBT members.
All you must do is guess, design, craft, and write.

Introduction
Welcome to TBT's Season of Giving! In the true spirit of Christmas and the holidays, this event is centered around giving gifts to others! Earn Snowflakes by participating in our ten activities and spend them on any of the five presents in the shop. Unlike in our other events, these presents can't be purchased for yourself, but can only be gifted to your friends or other TBT members. These presents are also wrapped, so you can't see the collectibles inside until after the event concludes, Christmas night at 7:00 PM EST! This year, completing the activities will also earn you bonus Chocolate Coins, which can be used to purchase holiday candies for yourself.
Jingle's Sled: Spend Your Snowflakes!
This is the third iteration of our Season of Giving event. The presents may look familiar, but don't worry, we're only reusing the wrapping paper! The five collectibles wrapped inside will be a complete mystery until Christmas night.
This year we also have three holiday sweets for your own indulgence! Some activities give the bonus Chocolate Coin currency, which you can spend on the holiday candies shown below, including the brand new Hanukkah Candy. Unlike the presents, these candies don't need to be gifted, so enjoy for yourself!
Finally, five events will be awarding community favorites. The top 16 entries with the most reactions will then be placed in a community poll where users can vote for their favorite 4. The top 8 entries will win the Special Snowflake. Three other events will also be giving the Special Snowflake to a few lucky raffle winners.
Be sure to spend your Snowflake currency by Christmas Day at 7:00 PM EST, which is when the presents will be revealed and can no longer be purchased. After this time we'll also have additional raffles to spend your leftover Snowflakes on, but the raffles will be limited to discourage people from saving Snowflakes for them. In other words, use as many Snowflakes as you can to gift presents to other TBTers! Head over to the shop to spend your Snowflakes and Chocolate Coins on any of the gifts and candies.
Top Gift Givers Leaderboards
Each day, the top gift giver from the last 24 hours will be rewarded with a prestigious gift-giver title and a colorful username that will last until early January. You will receive points based on the snowflake-value of the gifts you give. For example, if you give two gifts in a day you'll have 44 points when the leaderboard is posted that night. The person with the most points will be recognized as the prestigious gift-giver of that day, but you can only win once. Gifted Christmas Lights will also be used to help break ties, so be sure to read the leaderboard thread for the full details.

TBT's Pledge for Charity
Since giving is the theme of this event, The Bell Tree will also donate money to four charities that support four different causes. This will be directly tied into the event. With every collectible gift you send, TBT will donate 1.5 cents (amount increased on December 17th) for its worth in snowflakes. That means five gifted collectibles will result in $1.65 given to charity. Four gifts are tied to a specific charity, while the fifth one will be split between the others.

We would also like to encourage the members of our community to donate to these causes or other charities of your choice, if you are able to. With each daily gift giver leaderboard posted, we will also include the amount of money raised for each charity on that day. If you would like to add to the daily totals we post, please email the donation email confirmation you receive from the charity to tbt@belltreeforums.com. Let's all do our best this year to help those in need!
