I just realized that if Rare games aren't available for download with the Wii... we'll be missing some of the top N64 games of all time

 If we won't be able to download ones half-owned by Nintendo, which are in red, here's what we'll miss:

Conker's Bad Fur Day, an action game that many people enjoy.
Goldeneye 007, possible the best shooter I've ever played.Donkey Kong 64, a great platformer with great graphics.
Pefect Dark, perhaps better than Goldeneye 007.
Diddy Kong Racing, an awesome racing title.
Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie, also great platformers.

Killer Instinct and Killer Instinct Gold,

also Blast Corps and Jet Force Gemini, two games I haven't heard of.

And many many many more

Here are the titles that are coming to the Virtual Console almost 100% -

Donkey Kong 64
Diddy Kong Racing

The others, almost 100% not.

Nintendo may own the rights to those games (Spare Banjo and Conker in DKR), but I think Rare owns the actual code. (And I doubt Microsoft would want their property on their opponent's system)

Plus PD is owned all by Rare (As is B-K and B-T). Didn't you notice PD0 on the 360?

Donkey Kong 64 was a collaborative project between Rare and Nintendo, and there is NO doubt that this is coming to the VC. Diddy Kong Racing is a bit of a more muddy case.

As for the other games, they might be coming to Xbox Live Arcade.

Then I suppose Nintendo could have ported the DKC series to GBA themselfs OH WAIT THEY COULDN'T. Rare had to do it.

100% my *CEN-1.01-SORD*.
