I don’t know what TBT is. I keep hearing it and setting it. Also what is catalog island? And can anyone give me some recipes for the kitchenette set. I’d love for that if anyone can spare me if. Thanks so much if you reply!

TBT = The Bell Tree, it also what most members call the forum's currency bells, that people can use to buy stuff through the shop or each other, etc.
Catalog islands are services player offer that lets others come and visit and pick up and drop items so that it can appear in their catalogue so they can order (if able) later or be able to use it on Harvey's island. It is a lot of items and it is a long process.

TBT stands for The Bell Tree. When people refer to amounts of TBT, they mean the TBT bells, which you can earn by posting on this site, and then you can spend them on cosmetic items in the shop, or you can give them to other users in exchange for whatever they're offering.

A catalog island is an island where people have laid out items for visitors to pick up, thus registering the items in their catalog for them to buy themselves, before dropping them again so that other people can catalog them, and so that the owner can keep them.

And if you want to trade for things from people, I recommend the Nook's Cranny board, here:

To check your bells just click your icon, you can "donate" others your bells whenever you want to make a transaction, people usually want them for collectables on your profile
