Hi! That’s the stardust set from pocket camp. It’s not found in new horizons. If you play the app though (Pocket Camp), they can be found by purchasing Julian’s stardust cookie.
 
You don't get them. That pic is from Pocket Camp sadly. There are some furniture pieces you can get from Pocket Camp if you link your game to the app, but it's none of those and the selection is kind of limited from what I can tell.
 
It's rather a shame that Nintendo didn't bother to do more cross promotions between the two titles. As grindy as Pocket Camp can be, it still had some very good clothing items that aren't available anywhere else.

Plus both games are kind of 'eye candy' in the way they were intended and designed. So there is a lot of PC villager interactions that NH would benefit from. The villager's are very bland.
