Also i'm new and want to get some friends from Japan and the States to get some country exclusive stuff. I'm in the Uk so my friends can get Europe and UK stuff 2.

well they are these little hats that you get from your catalogue if you have wifi but you have to get them and they are from japananananananan and they are dlc there

They are Downloadable Content(DLC) from Japan. Someone with a Japanese friend got one from them and then bought alot more and gave them away. Now lots of people have them.
