By far the most laid-back track on this underrated hard-prog rock album by a forgotten UK band. Over 8 minutes of rock guitars following a calm and steady rhythm. The drums kick in halfway through, making it sound even better.
“Last Stand Before” from the same album is also a good listen, though it has a harder sound than “Silver Tightrope”. Again, over 8 minutes of guitars following a steady rhythm. It even has a harmonica part during the final coda.
