I've purchased eight packs of series one cards. I'm aiming to collect all the cards and I plan to trade my duplicates online. I love the designs on the various cards. I think they're cute. Since they save data from each animal and interact with the game I think their price is okay. As long as I can manage to get the ones I really want I'll be happy with this.

I've got 16 packs coming in the mail. I intend to buy a few at the store on the day. After that I'll complete the collection buying the last cards i need from ebay.

I have some coming in the mail, I think 12 altogether (ordered via 3 different stores, didn't mean to do this, just happened that way as I saw deals come up and never bothered to cancel).
Here in UK they are way too expensive, so don't really want to buy anymore, but if I get a lot of duplicates I'm going to be sad/unhappy - & not sure what I'll be tempted to do then!

I'm not going to try and collect them all, but would like to buy some from the following series, which makes me want to accept what I get from series one & not go for any more from that set.

I know right, we in the UK and in Europe have to pay more for less... I also ordered 12 of them and i will buy some from the second series (because Wendy is in there omg), after then i will have to stop. The prices are ridiculous :/

I will be happy with any card I can get. I live in Brazil and it will be VERY hard to find amiibo cards here and also it will probably be VERY expensive and impossible to collect them all...
But I'm already working on getting my favorite villagers and NPCs, at least.

I got 6 packs and managed to get Bob, so I'm probably going to stop buying them for a while... At least until I have designed houses for all of these characters! I'm thinking they would make great stocking stuffers for me at Christmas though... just have to inform Santa lol.

Any dupes I get will be sold individually on eBay or traded with trustworthy people here (e.g. High wifi rating, member for a fairly long time or can provide eBay feedback.) it just depends on if selling them are worth it or not, especially since I'm going to put the dupes in sleeves to protect them.

Keep in mind that there are coming some more amiibo card waves so you have to be really dedicated if you want them all.

I know, I'll probably get all of series 1 and see how much it cost and then see if getting all of the other series is worth it or just get all the special npcs and my favourite villagers... Either way I have a fairly large disposable income so I can afford it

Yeah I want to aim to collect them all just not sure how fast that will happen. Told myself I'm going to limit my pack buying to two packs a paycheck haha.
