I count, if I'm correct, 33 villager listings. Which means, from Nos. 118 to 200, there are 83 slotted. So, that leaves 50 yet to be revealed.
What's left, until the reveal (whenever that will be), is a guessing game.
Between my three active towns (in my signature), the villagers I think will be included are (in alphabetical order): Apollo, Blanche, Filbert, Kevin, Nibbles, Sprinkle, Tia, and Zell.
I mention those because it seems we need more with the following: eagle [Apollo], ostrich [Blanche], squirrel [Filbert and/or Nibbles], pig [Kevin], penguin [Sprinkle], elephant [Tia], and deer [Zell].
It's fun to speculate. But, I do notice that the assigned card numbers tend to mix up, for variety, the different species; that we don't see two or three consecutive villagers from one specie (like two or three consecutive cats). Speaking of cats, there are 22 of them in "New Leaf." So, even though I have Rosie in one of my towns [Applewin], I would include that specie…but not necessarily predict Rosie. (I think she'll show up in the 200s.)

Adding: Oh, and I also think one octopus and one cow will show up. I have Marina in one of my towns [ACNLpics]; but I would predict Zucker in the 100s and Marina in the 200s card-number range.

Another mention: I don't know if anyone knows the amount of Amiibo cards which will get produced for "Happy Home Designer." But, for there to be 83 in a 100-block of cards (the villagers in the 000s also started at No. 18), that means we'll get around 400 produced cards. 83 x 4 = 332. Take some of the special characters away (that there are not necessarily 18 in each of the 000s, 100s, 200s, and 300s range)…and this means that all 333 "New Leaf" villagers would be able to get accommodated. (This includes any other villager characters, not in "New Leaf," like Carrie.)

when are series 2 going to be released? i am yet to buy any series 1 cards lol so i dont wanna miss out. will they stop selling series 1 once series 2 is released? im going to america soon (im in uk) so itll be much cheaper for me to buy them

I don't know; there were a lot more of my favorites in the first series than in this one. The only one I'm really excited about is Katie, though I am interested in collecting and designing Porter's house, Blanca's, and a few others.
