Im terrible at creating catchphrases so I wanted to ask other people to come up with one LOL

i have a really tough time with them as well... i'm not sure what kind of style of catchphrases you like so i put a mix (onomatopoeia, puns, names, etc.)

okapi (the animal he's based on)
okappi (japanese name)
pap pap
okapia (their genus, of which they are the only species in the category)
neigh
neigh neigh
neigh-bor
hihiin (neigh in japanese)
hi hi
hee hee
hi hi-in neigh-bor
whinny
for the whinny
clip clop
ossicones (what the horns the males have are called)
papi-cito
trans rights! (he lacks horns which male okapi have and has a hair whorl which female okapi have)
buddy
pal

i really like his default of "haaay" though!

I assume we might be too late, unless you were just looking for ideas for the next time he asks for a change, but the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw the thread was the word mami. Just as a silly play on words since Mami and Papi are used as terms of endearment that can be used to refer to parents, partners, or friends.

aww i'm really glad i could help out! ☺️ i was worried you wouldn't like them. i keep a note handy of all the catchphrases i want to use for my villagers and pull it out whenever anyone asks to change, unless i found a permanent one for them!

[edit]
i just thought of one more! "horsing around"
