I did vote for GL and VG section and Community. I'll do other things but those are my preferences. If I do them I can't be as active as some might want. I have school that needs my attention as well as Storm's needs which needs constant undying attention

Have you had background RP knowledge (running your own RP, creating your own character without a form, know the basic rules for an RP)?

Who here knows how to RP properly?

Bells / TBT Economy
That's kinda the staff's job_________________________________________________So the only ones we really need are TBT Events, Graphics, AC Content and Gamers' Lounge. You could also merge AC discussion with content if needed. Make them a little more general like this:

Community:
Is in charge of advertising, new member programs, and making sure new members are being welcomed properly. Also helps in running smaller events such as TBT Socials.

Graphics
Is in charge of making images, skins, smilies, etc for TBT and the site. They may need to make images for any committee in general or for other purposes.

AC Content
Is in charge of all the AC content on the site including portals, AC Related Polls located on the main page and making sure AC Discussion stays alive on the forums.

TBT Events
Is in charge of events at TBT such as Project Sunglight, Tide, Camp Redd, and any special events that take place during certain holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Summer Break etc... They can also have powers to edit the official calender on the main board.

Gamers' Lounge
Is in charge of setting schedules for the gamers' lounge staff during the school year, updating the features such as VC download, Videos, Reviews etc... They are also in charge of the podcast. This committee consists of those who have Cutenews access.

That, IMO, is a little better, but I'm just throwing out suggestions at ya.

I can name a few people who can RP here... Me, Gengar, DF... Pretty well repsected members too.

And OCM, you misunderstood what "New members" is for. It's not to get them, but to help them. And remember that these are ideas. So maybe a "community" one wouldn't happen if we don't know what they'd do.

(And there are a lot because there is a lot of stuff to do!)
