What cool islands have you found?

My sister so far has found a money rock island and tarantula island! I found a pink and blue windflower island and a... bass island... where all fish are seabass or black bass ;;

Has anyone else come across any really cool/interesting islands yet

Oh that’s pretty cool! I was actually unaware there were different island variants like you listed. I think the nicest one I’ve come across was a bamboo island. It was pretty! Hopefully I see some other variety! (*^ω^*)

I came across an island with a massive lake surrounded by pink, orange and black tulips. And I mean SURROUNDED.

I came across one yesterday that was infested with tarantulas. like within the island was an island with nothing but tarantulas everywhere. I ended up catching a full inventory and selling them all

Found one that didn't seem too exciting at first, but it did have 3 cliff levels with the highest floor having 4 rocks each dropping bags of bells

Same! Been on two dozen now and nothing too crazy. My native fruit is cherries and the only oddity I've gotten is Pears, so I suppose that's a win- but besides that no crazy islands.

The only semi-unique one I've gotten is the bamboo island, which I've come across about three times now. It's neat and finally having some bamboo is great of course, but it doesn't really offer anything crazy like the infinite tarantulas, bell rock island, or hybrid island.

I haven't found anything too exciting, but then I haven't unlocked the ladder yet. Island hopping reminds me very strongly of Wind Waker, though. That's a good thing.

I did the same thing last night ;; spent 10k miles looking for tarantula Island and ended up with... bass island....

I've been to three islands so far, none of them seemed that interesting and they all had my native fruit. I got an island similar to the tulip one above but I think the flowers were more common ones.

I've encountered Chester, Winnie and Dotty. (only invited Chester though)

I kinda hoped that we'd meet a special NPC rarely when visiting these islands....maybe they'll add new features to this through updates down the line?

I found that island too yesterday! I was like WHOA when I found it. xD I filled my pockets with as many of them as I could.

Most of my islands have been kinda underwhelming, but I did get one full of blue and pink windfowers! I haven’t really seen any villagers and I’m noticing the maps start to repeat though.

I've been to a whole lot of islands and the only islands of interest that I found are a bamboo island and another island that was full of pink and purple mums.

I only got a different kind of island once and it was only filled with cherries, which I already gotten beforehand. I need to buy the inventory space before buying another ticket, but it's just so enticing to try again.

I've gone to six different Nook Ticket islands and they all had the exact same fruit and flowers as the main island with the exception of Coconuts, which I stole.

Really disappointed I haven't found any of these unique islands you folks are talking about! Going to have to earn some more miles and keep trying. Hopefully I get something different.
