What did you do with your basement?

Just what the title says, how you decorated your basement or your plans for it. Right now mine's kinda sparsely decorated but I've got a few couches and plants, and I might put some KK albums on the wall. I've heard a lot of people are using their basements as arcades and I've seen some neat designs, so maybe I'll put a pinball machine down there too.

Mine is a gym. I can't figure out which wall is correct (currently have rock climbing wall), and I still need the treadmill. Otherwise, it is done.

Since I loiwkey themed mine off of undertale I decided to make the basement resemble the chara battle, so the end of the genocide route (and the upstairs the ending on the true pacifist route). All the rooms on the main floor though have nothing to do with that

I'm turning my basement into an arcade/game room...but, it's been slow-going. So far, the only "games" I have that are suitable for a game room...are the electronic dart board, and the two variants of the Switch console. So...that's about all I have down there (and a stereo for some music). I have some pretty cool graffiti wallpaper up, that I think was a Sahara design...and I don't even remember what's on the floor. Yeah...it's basically a huge WIP right now. Arcade/bar is my end goal.

I think I'm gonna do a "man-cave" type area with a big screen tv, some couches, and maybe a pool-table and arcade games. Cozy and casual.

Right now, it's my town's history. I'm trying to collect portraits of every villager who lives on my island, those who I fail to obtain, I use their posters instead. I put each villager's portrait/poster in order of when they lived on the island. In the middle is just a regal lil' resting area with rattan furniture.

I turned mine into the classic man-cave arcade room. It used to be part of where I kept turnips, but after completing the pinball and arcade machine set, it got a nice upgrade.

My basement is cursed I put a simple well in the middle, with dollys in a circle around it, lots of candles, skeletons, and a metronome as the only sound effects. Just need Noh mask, elder mask, and mouth of truth and it’ll be complete!
