So currently I have 10 villagers, however today in my campsite MARSHAL is visiting my campsite and I want him in my town, can I kick someone else out for him?

i believe if you ask him, he will ask if he should kick out a random villager, but you don't get to choose said villager. i haven't tried it before, but i heard others experienced this

Talk to him and convince him to live at your island, he'll say a villager that he's gonna convince to move. DO NOT let him finish talking if he said a villager you want to keep. Reset the game before he stops talking and try again until he says a villager you want to kick out.

There's another thread on here that explains it, and I just tried it like 20 minutes ago and got Ketchup to replace Tammi in my island

i know you can force out villagers when an amiibo is in your campsite so i'm sure it's the same with regular visitors

Hit the home button before he's done talking, press x, and then a to close the software. The game doesn't auto save while you're in dialogue, only before and after.

Yeah campers that aren't brought in by Amiibo will chose a villager at random to kick out. You can manipulate what villager leaves by resetting.
Only reset the game if it's a villager you care about that's moving, if Marshall tells you he's gonna convince a villager you don't care about to move, go ahead and keep going with the dialouge.

Also if I reset Marshal stays in my campsite right? he wants to kick Maple out however I have her amiibo so I might just let her go!
