What do you look for in a neighbor?

Hey, guys. So, recently I’ve been switching out my neighbors from both towns because I’ve been trying to go for a certain “look” or “atmosphere.” It had me wondering—what do you look for in a neighbor?

Options:
1. House Exterior
2. Animal Species
3. Personality
4. Look of Neighbor

[ I would’ve done a poll, but I’m a clueless egg and don’t wanna try to figure it out. (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎) ]

My first choice is always their house exterior. I want everything to flow with my town, haha.

In my Hogwarts my "main" town, I had no preference but I guess I'd say villager looks or species maybe. I did go out of the way to get two of my favorites.

In my second town, I picked my neighbors based off exteriors that matched my color scheme/theme. After I made a list of all the villagers with the proper exteriors I would need, I narrowed it down to personalities, then it went to looks.
