What do you think about a radio station?

So we have already a TV program in Animal Crossing that has some various shows. But now
I thought about it and why not add also a radio station with a radio program into the game?
Like a radio program that either plays K.K. or Animal Crossing music in general or music based
of other Nintendo games. And every hour, there is also a little news show where the NPCs that
are running the radio station talking either about typical news from the Animal Crossing universe
or give also some random tips that can be helpful for the player. The radio program is a addition
you can turn on or off at every stereo that is in the game. You can also visit the radio station
directly and meet there the NPCs that are doing the hourly news show and can also suggest
a K.K. song you would like to hear at the radio as well as sending out a little message that
you can type in and they will say it out loud in their next news show.

What do you think about this idea? I just thought that it could be a nice little addition to
the game.

That sounds like a very neat idea! The person running the station could even be related to KK Slider in a way It even saves you the from the trouble of having to wait to unlock all the different KK Slider songs in order to have some ambiance in your house. I wouldn't be disappointed if something like this would be implemented in the next AC game tbh

Maybe you could even get a small job at the station, like the cafe at NL: a caller requests for a song, and you get to pick what kind of stuff they might enjoy and depending on how well you perform you could get bells and, on occasion, K.K. songs ? Just a random thought.

That could be really fun. I enjoyed the radio thingy in the second generation of Pok?mon (Gold, Silver, Crystal). Being able to play music from older AC games, K.K. stuff, and maybe simplified remixes of themes from other Nintendo games anywhere would be neat.

Ooh this would be really nice. It'd let you play random songs in your house before you get a copy of the song yourself. And if you have a little portable radio you could hear it while you walk. Or maybe even allow you to change the hourly themes. Like, say the Switch songs aren't your style. You could change it to Population Growing, Wild World/City Folk, or New Leaf's themes. Or even turn it to your favorite KK song if you have a copy of it?

I loved the radio in Pokemon Chrystal - especially in Animal Crossing, you might be doing some tedious work, so it would be nice to have those little talk shows.

I'd love it. I'd also want it to be interactive through town hall if you're the mayor. That way you can broadcast some messages to the town

I really like this idea! Maybe it could go hand in hand with the idea of being able to use music from older games.
