Why shouldn't it?

There's nothing wrong with it, I just can't really see how it would appeal to older kids/adults. It's cute and all, but it's one of those early learning shows.

If grownups want to watch it, fine. It's their life, not mine. I honestly think it's a cute show, and I'd willingly watch it if it was on. Better to like an innocent kid's show than other things.
