What does it mean to configure a collectible?

There is an option that says "configure" to collectibles in your inventory, what does that mean?

It doesn't really do anything. It only does something with add-ons, like username change and user title color change. cx

The configure option activates it or uses it if it's an add-on; it doesn't do anything for other collectibles though. An example would be a username change or a user title color change: to activate it and use it, you'd use the configure option.
