What is something never included in animal crossing that you wish you could add?

What?s something that was never included in animal crossing games that you wish you could add?
Mine is food besides fruit (and Halloween candy).. although that?s such a staple of the game, I wish we could grow vegetables or other types of food in the game! Or at least get it somewhere, and gift it to villagers!
Do you have anything you?ve thought of that you want to share?

I guess I understand having different versions to make the live shows stand out more, but I don't understand why he doesn't sing at all on the copies of the music that you can play in your house. That?s a really cool idea! Like it you could unlock special live versions of his songs or maybe they could have a music video channel for K.K. Playing on the tv with his songs playing, that would be cool

As far as my wishes goes, probably this concept I've described in the past:
a system that allows Animals to not only temporarily visit your town, but also to settle down permanently OR guarantee to visit again in the future.
There are so many villagers I love and would love to have, so settling for just ten is difficult and limiting. With this feature, there would be much more flexibility?like keeping all our favorites in rotation, or having different casts of villagers for each season.

I think it would be really cool if there was a way to save other people's towns so you could visit them. The Dream Suite does do that, but only on WiFi and all the villagers don't really act like themselves since it's a dream.

I would think this is a bit too advanced for Animal Crossing, but some way to transfer existing colors to other items. It is sometimes troublesome making an outfit or a room and the color tones are too off, thus it ends up barely matching.

Same. I wish we could plant seeds and grow a vegetable garden in the same way you could grow red turnip, only I'd like it not to be affected by time traveling. I know I'm not the only one who wishes you could cook items you grow into food you can eat and maybe create some rare furniture from the various food ingredients you gather using the crafting table. New leaf has: butter, flour, vinegar, ect. maybe that's an indication that Nintendo is planning to add a cooking feature someday?

Maybe it's a dumb suggestion, but what about letting your character ride a bike or use skates to travel across your town faster?

How about being able to see underwater when you dive (like a different section for diving, similar to Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire), using your snorkel mask and get rare items that have dropped to the bottom that way or pearls, ect. I think this would be really neat.

How about adding ghosts that appear on Halloween or at certain times of midnight when you walk around your town and disappear when you spot them to add a spooky layer to exploration or a ufo driven by martians instead of Gulliver that you can shoot down if lucky to score space furniture?

How about using the cell phone to call animal villagers to know where they are or to visit them similar to Heart Gold Soul Silver?

I don't think any of those will ever be added though.

I think I'd want more dialogue options and more range of personality for the villagers. It's just a dream, and probably way too much, considering there's over hundreds of villagers! But, a huge part of AC IS the villagers, and I think it'd be interesting if some villagers had more of their own quirks and character-specific traits. I also think it'd be interesting to have a friendship meter, kind of like how the Sims does? You'd see how far you are into your friendship with a villager. I feel like it'd be a lot more personable and fun.

Cooking and cook off competitions would be fun! Same with baking.

I'd love to see some seasonal bush berries! For example, blueberry bushes could be harvested in the summer months, cranberries in the autumn months, etc. Baking would also be a cute and fun element to the game. And hopefully we could get some new npcs

Yes! Definitely more food options! I mean, I don't mind what we got right now, but I wish there was like some food dishes you could make with the food we got right now and maybe vegetables too. Cooking up new dishes would be really fun to do and would give more of a variety to eat, so more food and the ability to cook. I once saw a thread somewhere were somebody was saying to add female lions to the game and I totally agree. Also, if I could, I would make every species of villagers have all the personalities, so if a person wanted to do say, an all hamster town, they could! That's all I can think of right now, but maybe I'll add more later.

Insect villagers would be SO great !! I'm with Buttonsy all the way there.

Also, you know how there's Eagles and Birds? And Eagles are the more regal, decorative looking ones? Like eagles, parrots. Where birds are the more simple ones, like common birds and house pets?

I wish they did a similar idea for Alligators, and include Lizards. Where Alligators can be the more ornate ones, like dragons, alligators, maybe even bearded dragons and iguanas. And lizards could be geckos, salamanders, monitors, etc.

I also wish there were snake villagers ! But I imagine trying to come up with a walking animation for them alone cancels them out.

I don't think you can do this, please correct me if I'm wrong.
I have a really good IRL friend who plays AC:NL and I wish I could give him different perms to do stuff in my town. I wish you could have different perms for different visitors, like the default is the normal can only pick things up perms but I wish I could like let him edit stuff in my house or have his own house in my town.

More gardening features! Farming vegetables and trees and a fall harvest. Imagine pumpkin carving competitions at Halloween. That would be awesome! There are lots of things that I would like to see added to be honest. It?s hard to pick just one!

It would also be really nice if there was more customization options for designing patterns. For instance, the color palette could be expanded upon, and the pattern could also be different shapes instead of just a square.

A feature so you can be slim normal or overweight. I also realized this will be pretty much controversial so...

Here's one, gradual daylight hours. I love the amount to detail in backgrounds, and they can do longer days around summertime and shorter around winter.

Tree houses. I know it's nothing special, but I'm kinda surprised that they doesn't exist yet. It would be cool to be able to have a tree house, kinda like a small location where you have a nice view around the town and the sky, where you can store some items there and decorate it in the style you want it.

Cooking would be another feature that I would like see. I think it would be funny to be able to cook something for your villagers and surprise them with it, may be a good option to get a higher friendship with this way.

And bat villagers, I would love to have them.
