What is your dream car?

The DMC DeLorean. One day. (With Run DMC seat covers to be bought. It's a must.)

@Foreverfox Yes, owning a DeLorean would be awesome!

@Shellzilla_515 You were definitely on my mind when I created this thread. I was curious to see what car you would pick. I may not be quite as into cars as you, but I like them enough to always read your full posts. The Honda S2000 is nice! I remember looking at those back when they first came out and wishing I could get one. I also loved the Honda Del Sol and Honda CRX. Corvettes may be my favorite car, but I like so many different Hondas that I've always considered myself a Honda girl at heart.

Ahh the Del Sol...and the CRX was like, the Insight before the Insight. Fun to look back on these cars!

This is going to sound so silly... or childish.

But I have ALWAYS wanted a Volkswagen Beetle, from the early 2000's.. BUT. Here's the kicker. It's gotta be yellow, or else I don't want it.

My brothers who are very... car-savvy(?) tell me that Beetles are super hard to work on, because of their engines or something...? Or that it's difficult to find parts for them, which is why no one wants to work on them? So, sadly, I will probably never get a yellow Beetle T^T

Even though they're cute and I'd really love to own one... My brothers always tell me I need something practical, and not to pick out a car just 'cause it's 'cute'... Sadge.

I don't think it sounds silly. There's a reason that there are so many different car designs, to appeal to different buyers. I've never bought a car if I didn't like the appearance of it, but I also do my research and I've passed on cars I loved because they were prone to high maintenance costs.

I don't know about Beetles, but my husband had a Mini Cooper for a few years and as cute and fun to drive as it was it stayed in the shop most of the time so he didn't get any enjoyment from it. We finally had to get rid of it.

I hope you can get something you love one day.

I do not have a dream car. I have only just within the last month learned that my eyes are okay and that I'll be able to learn to drive.

I want a small car (not an American brand, my family has had bad experiences with them), maybe grey. Nice air conditioning and heating. Easy way to play my music from my phone.

So, kei-sized, or a hatchback?

I don’t have one at the moment, but as a teenager I wanted a blue Chevy Cobalt. I forget the year though. I remember passing by the yellow version of that car and thinking that it looked really nice.

I stopped liking that car once my dad told me that Ford and Chevy cars break down a lot. However, they are easy to repair if you know how to fix cars. I don’t have an interest in learning that, so I now look for Toyota and Hondas when it’s time to buy a car.

I like a lot of cars but I always come back to this one: The 1964 Ford Thunderbird Landau Coupe

When I was a kid I'd watch those old Perry Mason reruns and he would always drive a big Ford or Lincoln and I thought that was cool.Yeah,I probably watched too much television back then.

I finally got my dream car:

Um,it's a tad smaller than I thought it would be.
